Your stuff is as beautiful as it is yummy-looking. :) Excellent stuff! I especially admire your marzipan work. It's becoming a lost artform, especially in America. And it's delicious. :D

Thanks!
I have to remeber to take several digital pics of the marzipan truffles I made as well today...

I love working with this.... And its actually a marzipan hybrid material called Casting Sugar in the UK and Europe.... Its a mix of Fondant and Marizpan which makes it easier to work with.....

I need to learn it and practice alot more..... Since I head back to work in Neu-Isenburg Gaermany after graduation... I got a job offer there....as well as having a great partner waiting for me in Germany.....

I hope to have more work done and posted next week.....

Neu-Isenberg is about 20 minutes by autobahn Southeast of Frankfurt AM. Thanks for the congrats.... My partner lives in Baden-Baden..... I've visited Berlin, Melle, Karlsruhle and other places..... I am currently taking German in community college (I really needed it earlier, but I had no idea I would be going to live their permanantly! Language school here I come!)....

I will be working At Gut Nehof.... It does have a website.... ANd its where I apprenticed for six months.... I can't wait to get back.... Germany is home....

Again thanks for the comments! My first Marizpan critters.... I'm glad they are recognizable!

Ok, that I am familiar with that area. That's great! Good luck with the German classes. :) The Germans are wonderful people who take great pride in their work.

Although I have to work tomorrow and Sunday, I don't have to work both jobs.....
I am tired!
And I have no new pics to put up.... My marzipan work is not at that stage yet...
I will do so as soon as it is done
